By downloading, accessing, or using TaxiFi, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
TaxiFi provides a technology platform that connects passengers with independent drivers for transportation and related services. TaxiFi is not a taxi company or transportation carrier unless expressly stated otherwise.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree to pay all applicable fares, tolls, taxes, tips, and fees displayed or incurred during a trip. Payments may be processed through cash, wallet, or supported electronic methods depending on availability.

Ratings help maintain service quality. Abusive or manipulative rating behavior may result in account action.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create safety risks, engage in fraud, or as required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaxiFi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from trips arranged through the platform, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable Iraqi law.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of TaxiFi after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
